Our Community Clubhouse
The McClure Clubhouse is the central meeting
place for the Coulwood Community and is also available to be rented by residents
for private parties such as weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc.
Rental fees per day are:
- $ 100.00 for Coulwood Council
Members
- $ 175.00 for Non-Members
Non-members must have a Coulwood Council Member sponsor in order to rent. A $100.00 deposit is
required and will be refunded if the clubhouse is left very clean, thermometer
set for departure, and trash in bags in outside trash container.
Clubhouse Rental Process
Step 1. Check the
calendar or call (Rochelle Merritt at 704-398-9277 or e-mail rocmerritt@gmail.com to check current availability.
Step 2. Complete
the Reservation Request Form
then return to Rochelle.
Step 3. Mail
two checks to
confirm reservation (non-refundable - rental) and (refundable - deposit):

Step 4. Rochelle will call to confirm the
reservation.
Step 5. On the day of rental, complete
the Rental Agreement
and return to Rochelle.
